P8 Real Estate Solutions
P8 Real Estate Solutions is a real estate development company driven by purpose and solutions. Our focus lies in the development of small-scale projects and cultivating public-private partnerships (P3).

We firmly believe that small-scale developments can bring about significant economic improvements in local neighborhoods, especially when approached, planned, and integrated with the community in a way that aligns with their values rather than imposing a singular vision. To us, the 'right way' entails creating project models that align with our client's financial objectives, minimize unnecessary expenses and risks, and are embraced by the community in terms of mission, design, and purpose.

Furthermore, we actively nurture strategic public-private partnerships (P3) to achieve desired outcomes. In today's ever-evolving landscape, there are opportunities to reimagine existing real estate portfolios to support new missions and objectives.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I recently had the pleasure of attending commercial real estate training sessions, "Six Boxes of Real Estate Development" developed and conducted by Brinda Devine of P8 Real Estate Solutions. As the Executive Director of the North Corktown Neighborhood Association, I found this training immensely valuable for my personal development and the growth of my community. Brinda's approach to commercial real estate is both comprehensive and accessible. She possesses a deep knowledge of the industry, which she conveys clearly and engagingly. Throughout the training, Brinda was focused on imparting knowledge and ensuring that I understood the practical applications of what I learned. Her ability to break down complex concepts into digestible information was particularly beneficial for someone like me, who is relatively new to the intricacies of commercial real estate. One of the standout features of Brinda's training was her emphasis on the unique challenges and opportunities that arise within the Detroit market. She tailored the content to address specific issues that our neighborhood faces, such as property redevelopment, zoning regulations, and strategies for attracting investment. Brinda's interactive teaching style fostered a collaborative learning environment. She encouraged questions and discussions, ensuring I felt comfortable and engaged. Using real-world examples and case studies added a practical dimension to the theoretical knowledge, allowing me to see how commercial real estate principles can be applied in real-life scenarios. Additionally, Brinda's passion for empowering community leaders was evident throughout the training. She provided actionable insights on leveraging commercial real estate to benefit our neighborhood, emphasizing the importance of strategic planning and long-term vision. Overall, Brinda Devine's commercial real estate training was a truly transformative experience. Inspired by the concept of the traditional "corner store" that was once prevalent in city neighborhoods, Kornr Store seeks to recreate that experience in Detroit's historical NW Goldberg neighborhood by rehabbing its first Kornr Store, a +100-year-old neighborhood market located at 6224 16th Street. The Kornr Store model:

  •  supports existing solutions against food desserts by providing a variety of fresh and healthy food and beverage options
  •  is a neighborhood amenity
  •  has a physical, walkable location within a neighborhood footprint,  and
  • is an economic catalyst within the neighborhood.
