About Brinda Devine
Brinda Devine A seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with +30 years of experience. Specializing in asset management and development, Brinda has successfully overseen diverse portfolios of corporate real estate assets and fostered strategic public-private partnerships, particularly in higher education and non-profit organizations. 

Her commitment to community development and sustainability is evident as a co-founding member of the Women's Sustainable Development Initiative, a not-for-profit organization based in Michigan that mentors women on their commercial real estate development projects. Website, www.womendevelop.org.

Brinda is also a State of Michigan Commercial Real Estate Broker and holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance from Wayne State University and 2024 WE Build Program Active in professional organizations, Brinda is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the ULI Small Scale Development Local Product Council committee. 

Additionally, she is a member of the Real Estate Association of Developers (READ). She is a 2020 cohort graduate of Capital Impact Partner's Equity Development Initiative and a graduate of Larson Leadership. Recognized for her contributions to the real estate industry, Brinda was featured in Crain's "50 Names to Know in Real Estate" in 2016.
