About Brinda Devine
 A seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with +30 years of experience. Specializing in asset management and development, Brinda has successfully overseen diverse portfolios of corporate real estate assets and fostered strategic public-private partnerships, particularly in higher education and non-profit organizations. 

In 2020, Brinda founded P8 Real Estate Solutions, a development company dedicated to revitalizing small-scale retail spaces within Detroit neighborhoods. This year, the company renovated and reactivated a +100-year-old building to create Kornr Store—a neighborhood market located at 6224 16th Street, Detroit’s historic NW Goldberg neighborhood. 

Additionally, Brinda is a co-founding member of the Women’s Sustainable Development Initiative (WSDI), a Michigan-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to mentoring and advancing the success of emerging women real estate developers both statewide and nationally. 

Brinda resides in metro Detroit with her husband and sons. 

An author of Christian inspirational books and podcast host, "Living a Life of Purpose". She holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Finance degree from Wayne State University, as well as a Michigan Commercial Real Estate Broker License. Recognized for her impact, Brinda has received awards such as Power of One Dedicated Woman Honoree (2024), The Carla Walker-Miller Woman Year Award (2023) , and Crain’s Detroit– 50 Names to Know in Real Estate (2016)
