Observation: Many people work to serve and help people. Sucess in theses initiative will require that: #1 ask people what they need, dont just build programs, #2 include people who have had these experiences create the program, #3 be a fiduciary and accountable - manage the funding ethically, #4 - follow up with a report that notes what was done right, what was done wrong, what can be done better.
